Volunteers are the back bone of OMDC as they impact the communities that we serve with their new integrated ideas. The volunteers are the leaders of the next generation as they learn leadership abilities through serving the people. As a volunteer working together is an important tool to maximize our efforts in providing efficient help to the poor and needy people. We always welcome volunteers and we're happy for them to stay as long as they wish. We have volunteers from all backgrounds and walks of life. It doesn't matter what city, nationality, faith, or age you are. We need dedicated people who love to serve destitute people, want to work hard, and are enthusiastic about making a difference. We always look for volunteers in different cities all over INDIA to help OMDC.
