• Personal Details: Name, contact information, PAN (for tax receipts), and address for donors and beneficiaries
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay without storing sensitive data
• Program Participation: Details of beneficiaries for our CSR initiatives
• Technical Data: Website usage statistics for service improvement

2. Data Usage & CSR Alignment

We use collected information to:

• Process donations and issue tax-compliant receipts (80G certificates)
• Report to regulatory bodies as required by FCRA and CSR laws
• Measure impact of our CSR initiatives
• Communicate program updates and impact reports
• Improve our services and outreach effectiveness

3. Data Protection Measures

We implement enterprise-grade security:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Regular FCRA compliance audits
• Restricted access to sensitive information
• Secure destruction of obsolete records

Terms of Service

These Terms govern all use of OMDC NGO's platforms and services in compliance with Indian laws and CSR guidelines.

1. Donation Terms

• All donations are final with exceptions per FCRA guidelines
• Foreign contributions accepted only through FCRA-approved channels
• Tax benefits subject to 80G/12A approvals
• Payment processing via Razorpay with PCI-DSS compliance

2. CSR Project Governance

• CSR funds utilized per approved project proposals
• Regular impact reporting to corporate partners
• Third-party audits conducted annually
• Strict prohibition of fund diversion

3. Intellectual Property

All program materials, research, and content are property of OMDC NGO. Limited use granted for CSR reporting with attribution.

4. Governing Law

All matters governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Odisha-Bhubaneswar. Disputes subject to arbitration per Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Organisation for Management and Development Centre (OMDC), we value the trust of our donors, whether they are individuals, domestic contributors, corporate CSR partners, or international supporters. As a registered NGO under Indian laws and FCRA regulations, all contributions are handled with the highest level of transparency and compliance.

1. General Donation Terms

• All contributions made to OMDC are treated as voluntary, non-refundable donations.
• Refunds or cancellations will be allowed only in exceptional circumstances such as:
  • Duplicate transactions due to technical error.
  • Wrong amount debited from the donor’s account.
  • Erroneous payment identified and reported within 7 working days of the transaction.

2. Individual & Domestic Donors

• Donations from Indian citizens or residents are processed under Indian banking and taxation laws.
• Refunds for domestic donors may be granted only if:
  • The donor notifies us within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • Tax-exempt receipts (under Section 80G/12A) have not yet been issued.
• Once a receipt has been issued or funds utilized for a program, no refund is possible.

3. CSR / Institutional Contributions

• CSR funds or institutional contributions are governed strictly by signed MoUs / agreements.
• Refunds or cancellations, if applicable, will follow the terms mentioned in the CSR agreement and in compliance with Companies Act 2013 and CSR Rules 2014.
• In case of overpayment or administrative errors, adjustments will be made after internal and external audits.

4. Foreign Contributions (FCRA Donations)

• Refunds for foreign contributions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India as per FCRA regulations.
• Such refunds will take longer due to mandatory compliance reporting and government clearance.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, donors must email info@omdcngo.com with:

• Full Name and Contact Details
• Transaction ID / Receipt Number
• Date and Amount of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request

After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15–20 working days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• Donations once utilized for project implementation cannot be refunded.
• Tax-exempt receipts already issued under 80G/12A are not cancellable.
• Contributions made in cash or offline mode are non-refundable.
